Angela Howard

A private family service will be held at a later date under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home for Angela Howard, 52, of Alexandria.

Angela was born January 25, 1974, in Delhi, to Benjamin Carroll Crook, Sr. and the late Thelma Elaine Cupp Crook and passed from this life on August 14, 2026, in Grayson.

Angela enjoyed crafting, cooking, going to thrift shops, crime shows, and especially watching movies with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother, and maternal grandparents Cleo and Lucille Cupp.

Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters: Brittany Stephens and Amber Howard (Lauren); father, Benny Crook (Sandy); brother, Ben Crook, Jr. (Jan); grandchildren: Cadance, Jaxon, Brenya, and Alyce; nieces: Sami Crook and her son, Gauge, and Lana Crook Jones (Paul Garrett)and their children, Kennedy and Kai; special friend, Shelia Nolan; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
