Funeral service for Mr. Barney Allen will be 2 PM Sunday, February 20, 2022, at Dennard Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev Troy J. Dennard officiating interment to follow in South Central Cemetery Wisner, LA. Visitation will be Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 5-8 PM at the funeral home, all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home, Winnsboro, LAMr. Barney was born May 27, 1950, to the union of the late Joseph Allen and Madge Clark Allen, he was also preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Oscar Nugent and Mike Roberts.He is survived by his wife of 49 years Margaret Ann Allen of Waterproof, LA; two sons Barney 'Bo' Allen, Jr. of Waterproof, LA, and Paul Allen of Mangham, LA; daughter Marcey Allen Dobson and her husband William of Ferriday, LA; five grandchildren, Victoria Dobson, Austin Drewry, Garrett Dobson, Gillian Drewry, Phoebe Drewry; brother, Gary Allen of Wisner, LA; two sisters, Michelle King of Wisner, LA and Lori Roberts of Hamburg, MSPallbearers will be Austin Drewry, Benny Evans, Jaboria Holmes, Anthony Morgan, R.C.
