Bobby Arnold officiating; visitation will be Sunday at the church from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.; with interment following at the VA Cemetery in Rayville, LA.Billy was a member of Eureka Baptist Church, served in the U.S. Army, and was a truck driver for 35 years,Billy was born December 20, 1962, to the union of Tommy and Helen Marie Greer Tucker in Winnsboro, LA; and passed from this life December 15, 2021, at his home in Gilbert, LA.Billy is preceded in death by his parents; daughter Sara Delane Tucker; granddaughter Aubrie Yates; maternal grandparents James Greer and Mable Bell; paternal grandparents A.
