Family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time at the church.Mrs. Brenda was born October 7, 1954, to the union of the late E.J. Gill and the late Elizabeth Johnson Gill Buckles and she passed away January 7, 2022, in Waterproof, LA. She was a business owner and operator with her husband at Wild Side Outdoors Welding and Deer processing,She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Sadie Elizabeth Goodwin, father-in-law and mother-in law Ray and Floye Goodwin, sisters, Barbara Hatten, Tena Gill, and sister-in-law Cheryl Goodwin. She is survived by her husband Ronald Goodwin of Waterproof, LA: Son Ray Goodwin and his wife Cara of Butler, GA: daughter, Kim Augustine and her wife Crystal of Natchez, MS: grandsons, Jake Goodwin and Will Goodwin: brother Jerry Gill and his wife Peggy of Natchez, MS: sister Melony Ratcliff and her husband Ray also of Natchez, MS, She was also known as Kay-Kay + Maw-Maw Brenda to a host of nieces, nephews and a special friends.Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
