Memorial services for Charlie Dannielle Thornhill Allwell will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 13, 2024, in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Charlie, 45, was born April 29, 1979, in Ferriday to the late Pete Thornhill and Patricia Jones, and passed from this life December 2, 2024, at Rapids Regional Medical Center in Alexandria after a lengthy illness.

Charlie is preceded in death by her father Pete Thornhill; and grandparents: Pat McCarty Walker and Elbert Walker; Edward Jones, Ralph Thornhill, Annie Goodline and Alan Goodline.

She is survived by her life partner Jacob Matthews; sons: Slade Allwell and Zac Landmark; granddaughter Dakota Cheyenne Landmark; momma, Patricia Jones; brother, Duston Bailey and sister-in-law Jodie Higdon Bailey; nephews Brice Bailey and Cash Bennett; Charlies loyal devoted canine companion Missy; and many other family members and friends.

The family invites anyone who has a picture of Charlie they would like to display to bring it to the service; a board will be provided for display purposes.
