Claudine Strickland, 91, formerly of Gilbert, Louisiana, passed away October 5, 2025. She was a member of Fish Bayou Baptist Church.  Mrs. Strickland was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Strickland; parents, Thomas and Dorothy Bacle; brother and sister-in-law, Dub and Faye Bacle; sister-in-law, Billie Bacle.

Survivors include her beloved son, Ronald (Cindy) Strickland of Kilbourne, La; beloved grandchildren, Dustin Strickland; Seth (Angie) Strickland; Caleb (Elizabeth) Strickland; beloved great-grandchildren, Tyler, Sophie, Gage and Ainsley.  She is also survived by her brother, Garry Bacle, sister, Linda (Jim) Ezell, numerous nieces and nephews.   Also survived by Angela Arrington, Megan Jones and Kayden Jones.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm in the Chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home, Winnsboro, Louisiana on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Graveside service will follow at 2 pm in Harris Cemetery, Crowville, Louisiana with Reverend Bobby Arnold and Reverend Kelly Clark officiating.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Strickland, Seth Strickland, Caleb Strickland, Wayne Sanders, Davin McMurry and Gary Gill.   Honorary pallbearers Tyler Strickland, Gage Strickland and Kayden Jones.

Memorials may be made to Fish Bayou Baptist Church or charity of your choosing.
