Graveside services for Connie Sutterfield-Courtney, 59, of Florence, MS will be 2 p.m. Sunday, November 15, 2020, in Legion Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Troy Dennard officiating, under the direction of Gill First National Funeral Home.
Connie was born May 27, 1961, in Natchez, MS to the union of George Franklin Sutterfield and Johnnie Frances Cooper Sutterfield and passed from this life on November 13, 2020, at her residence in Florence, MS.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Linda Garrett; and two brothers-in-law: Robbie Dean and John Garrett.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jim Courtney, III of Florence, MS; two daughters: Heather Spillers of Downsville and Kim Wyatt of Quitman; one sister, Debbie Dean of Winnsboro; six grandchildren: Lacey Cobb, Lillian Smith, Amy Smith, Macie Wyatt, Kaney Wyatt, and Adley Wyatt; one great grandchild, Westlynn Cobb; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
