Memorial services for Diana Jeanne Oesterreich Buchan (85) of Winnsboro, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Crowville Methodist Church, with Wink Alison officiating.
Diana was born November 4, 1938, in Glendale, CA, to the union of the late Marjorie Le-Ella Leach Oesterreich and the late Reginald R. Oesterreich, and passed from this life April 18, 2024, at her residence in Winnsboro.
Diana was a member of St. Columba's Episcopal Church in Winnsboro, she was owner of D & D Shoe Repair for over fifty (50) years; she loved gardening, needle point, crocheting, knitting, and sewing.
Diana was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-three (63) years, Daniel E. Buchan, and her parents. She is survived by her children: Kim Marie Jackson (Steve), Lynn Edward Buchan (Glenda), and Polly Jeanne Searcy (Stephen), all of Winnsboro; Barbie Bryan (Bob) of San Antonio, TX, and Steve Thomas (Tina) of Winnsboro who were raised as their own; brother David Oesterreich (Polly) of Whitter, CA; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
