Graveside services for Donald J. Boutwell, 86, of Kingwood, TX, will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, July 15, at Rose of Sharon Garden of Memories at 589 Loflin Road, Winnsboro, LA, under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home - Winnsboro.
Donald was born March 28, 1937, to the union of the late Ray O. Boutwell and the late Hazel Oleta Sills Boutwell, and passed from this life July 5, 2023, in Kingwood, TX.
Donald was married to Lovie Loflin Boutwell for 67 years beginning August 20, 1955; they lived in Kingwood, Tx, where he was employed by J. E. Merit/Jacobs Engineering.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Carolyn Boutwell St. Amant, Billy Ray Boutwell, Beverly Boutwell Matherne; and son David Ora Boutwell.
Donald is survived by his wife Lovie L. Boutwell; children Donna Rea (Kurt) and Jay Boutwell; grandchildren Elizabeth Rea and Owen Rea; and many other family and friends.
