Funeral services for Donnie Harper, 73, of Crowville, LA will be 10 AM Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA with Rev. Kevin Harper and Rev. Marion Spence officiating. Interment to follow in Crowville Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the funeral home.Mr. Donnie was a member of Hill Ridge Baptist Church, a member of the American Simmental Club. He really loved his grandchildren and all kids, he enjoyed his horses, and was a member of several Coffee Clubs. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Shirley Harper.He is survived by his daughter Sharon Baugh and her husband Duston Baugh of West Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Harper Baugh, Duston Baugh, Jr., brother Jimmy Harper and his wife Joyce of Crowville, LA; nephews, David Ashley, Kevin Harper, Keith Harper, and Michael Ashley, Special Friend Shirley Weeks Love of Crowville, and numerous cousins and friends.Pallbearers will be John Ainsworth, David Ashley, Jake Cassidy, Todd Cassidy, Richard Jordan, and Anthony 'Pie' Killen.Honorary Pallbearer will be Larry Cassidy, Lynn Cassidy, Allen Ford, Keith Harper, and Preston Mingo.
