Graveside services for Mrs. Dorothy Kay Enterkin, 92, of Eros, LA formally of Panama City, FL will be 2 PM Sunday, November 16, 2025, at South Central Cemetery Wisner, with Rev. Troy J. Dennard officiating under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.

Mrs. Dorothy was born March 10, 1943, in Gilbert, LA and passed away November 10, 2025, in Eros, LA surrounded by her family. She was a member of Calllaway Baptist Church Panama City, FL and spent her life in service to those in need as a SICU nurse for 38 years. She enjoyed painting, knitting, crocheting and had a special gift of reviving plants.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Kimball and Bernice Betty Kimball, two husbands George Dupree, and Lavelle Enterkin, as well as two brothers, and two sisters.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Angela Dupree Medaries of Eros, LA two sons, Greg Dupree of Midland, TX and Christopher W. Dupree of Eros, LA; grandchildren Michael, Jessie, Dalton, Don, Colleen, Joesph, Hanna, Alex, Duke, and Johnathon; six great grandsons and six great granddaughters.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital for Children or charity of choice.
