Funeral services for Elizabeth Allen Cotten Boothe, 92, of Winnsboro, LA, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 27, 2022, at Dennard First National Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Martin and Rev. James Warbington officiating; with internment following at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, LA; Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2022, in the funeral home Chapel; all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home - Winnsboro.Elizabeth was born to the union of the late Allen Butler Cotten and the late Maude Frith Cotten July 14, 1929, In Harrisonburg, LA, and passed from this life May 22, 2022, at Franklin Medical Center surrounded by family.Elizabeth, a member of Wayside Pentecostal church, was a telephone operator for South Central Bell, a minister, evangelist, and pastor's wife for over 57 years, and a housewife.Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Jesse E. Boothe; her parents; stepmother: Hazel 'Zannie' Floyd Cotten; son Dwight E. Boothe; twin great-granddaughters MacKenzie Faith and Valerie Grace Sutherlin; sons-in-law: John W. 'Sonny' Dungan and Billy R. Jones, Sr.; sisters: Addie C. Renfrow, Lois C. Boothe, Mary C. Boothe, and Annie Pearl Cotten; brother Tommie B. Cotten, Sr.; half-brothers: Jesse Cotten, Leamon Cotten, Bobbie Cotten, and Darwin Cotten; half-sister Tommie C. Franks.Elizabeth is survived by daughters: Rita Boothe Jones, Nita Boothe Floyd (Don), and Vicki D. Boothe; son Dwaine E Boothe (Wanda); brother Rev. Willie R. 'Bill' Cotten (Maude Ella); half-sister Billie Nell Cotten Nobles (Houston); grandchildren: Billy R. Jones, Jr. (Paula), Colonel Bret D. Jones (Amy), Shana Dungan Sutherlin, Heather E. Dungan, Jessi N. Boothe, Kelli R. White (Jeff); Great-grandchildren: Alexandra Jones, Emily Jones, Zachary Jones, Hannah Jones (Garrett), Addison Jones, Remington Sutherlin, Paige White, Zachary White, and Chloe White; step-great-grandchildren Grant Guerriero and Bethany Guerriero; and great-great- grandchild Haisley Jane Stanford.Pallbearers are Ronnie Boothe, Dennis Cotten, Tommy Cotten, Jr., Billy R.
