Funeral mass for Elizabeth June Walley, 91, of Winnsboro will be held 10 AM Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Jason Gootee officiating. Interment will follow at 12 noon at Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 - 7 PM Tuesday, July 18, 2023, with a Rosary at 7 PM, at the funeral home.Mrs. June was born May 3, 1932, in Cambridge, England to the late John William Richardson and the late Margaret Smith Richardson and passed from this life on July 14, 2023, at Franklin Medical Center in Winnsboro.Mrs. June was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, she worked part time at Southern Medical Transportation, a 70 year member of the Trans Atlantic Brides and Parents Association and also the Franklin Piecemakers Quilt Club for 27 years.She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband JC Walley, and brother Joseph Richardson.Survivors left to cherish her memory include her five children: Nick Richardson of England, Benise Jennings and husband Ray of Baskin, Annette Lewis and husband Sam of Crowville, Lee J. Walley of Winnsboro, and Mark Walley and wife Lea Ann of Winnsboro; thirteen grandchildren: Nicola Ellis, Chuck Jennings, Michelle Jennings, Rebecca Jennings McCullar, Chris Lewis, Nikki Stewart, Anthony Walley, Christopher Walley, Joseph Walley, Michael Walley, Brett Walley, Lindsey McKenzie and Adam Walley; 23 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.Honorary pallbearers will be members of St. Mary's Catholic Church and member of Franklin Parish Piecemakers Club.Online condolences may be made at www.dennardfirstnational.com .
