Funeral services for Ellie Eskew 'Doll' Allbritton will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Dennard First National Funeral Home in Winnsboro, LA, with Bro. Lanny Head, Bro. Bryon Chappel, and Bro. Roland Kratzer officiating; visitation will precede the service at 10:00 a.m., burial will be in Natchez City Cemetery, Natchez, MS, at 2:00 p.m.; all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home - Winnsboro, LA.Ms. Allbritton was born to the union of the late James Monroe Eskew and the late Virginia Kendrick Eskew June 20, 1923, at Tensas Bluff, LA, and passed from this life June 22, 2023, at home in Wisner at the age of one hundred (100) and two (2) days. She was a Tensas Parish resident for forty (40) years.Ms. Allbritton was a member of Wisner Assembly of God; a switchboard operator for AT&T for thirty-two (32) years in Monroe, and a member of Pioneers of America.Ms. Allbritton was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of thirty-nine (39) years, Henry Franklin Allbritton; daughter-in-law Connie Allbritton; granddaughter Tonya Harrington; Brother Louis Eskew, Brother Aubrey Eskew, sister Dixie Herring Stewart, sister Cleo Eskew, and sister Laura Brown; nephew James Herring.Ms. Allbritton is survived by Johnny Wayne Allbritton, Henry David Allbritton, Gerald Lynn Allbritton, Kathy Ann Allbritton McMurray, and Lisa Kay Allbritton Sherman and husband Rod; nineteen (19) grandchildren; eighteen (18) great-grandchildren; niece Marie Keahey, nephew LaVance Herring; many other family members and friends.Pallbearers are Caleb Allbritton, James Allbritton, Heath Herring, Drew Keahey, Shane Knox, and Larry Rigdon.Honorary pallbearers are Harold Stephens, LaVance Herring, Johnny Brown and Ronnie Bryant.The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Mary Jo Bryant for her loving care of Ms. Allbritton the last few years.Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners.Online registration/condolences at www.dennardfirstnational.com
