Memorial services for Donnie Emfinger, 77, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 18, 2023, in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home - Winnsboro, with Rev. Marion Collier officiating.
Donnie was born February 22, 1946, to the union of the late Marcus Andrew Emfinger and the late Ora Jane Elizabeth Waller Emfinger in Gilbert, and passed from this life December 14, 2023, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, surrounded by his family.
Donnie was a loving grandfather, dad, brother, husband, son, and friend. He enjoyed a career as a salesman, cooking, hunting, and fishing. He was loved by many!
Donnie is preceded in death by his parents; wife Georgianna Rose O'Neal Emfinger; and brother Gene Emfinger.
Donnie is survived by his children Eric Emfinger (Jaime), Mara Clary (Jimmy), and Malisa Looney (Rodney); grandchildren: Dawson, Alyssa, Addison, Zane, Rowan, Justin, Jonathan, Kolby, Haleigh, Beall, and Caroline; sister Myrtis Dewitt (Gene); many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
