George Rodney ThompsonWest Monroe, LAGeorge Rodney Thompson, best known as Rodney, was born in Delhi on February 9, 1967, to the union of the late George Brylie Thompson, III, and the late Beverly Jo Jennings Thompson, and passed from this life March 14, 2024, in West Monroe Guest House, after a battle with cancer.Rodney was one of a kind. If you knew him, you know what is meant by that statement. He was a jokester, he was blunt, and not everyone's cup of tea, and he knew it. Those that really knew the real Rodney loved him. He had many occupations through the years; he had a reputation as a great equipment operator.Rodney is preceded in death by his parents.
