Funeral services for Mrs. Irma Burge, 83, of Winnsboro, LA will be 11 AM Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Victory Apostolic Church Winnsboro, LA with Rev. David Smith,Rev. Clay Nichols and Rev. Richard Wise officiating, interment to follow in Ogden Cemetery, visitation will be from 10 AM until service time at the church all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.

Irma, a member of Victory Apostolic Church was born May 26, 1941, in Winnsboro to the Union of the late I. L. Nichols and the late Catherine Peoples Nichols, she loved her church and gospel music, but especially her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Connie Jo Burge, five brothers Leon Nichols, Leo Nichols, Cecil Nichols, and Alcie Ray Nichols, and Douglas Nichols.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Wayne Burge and his wife Tiffani, and Shane Burge and his wife Shanon; one sister, Mary Robinson and her husband George; seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Anders, Jarod Burge, Johnathan Burge, Jacob Greer, Philip Price, and Adriel Smith.

The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff of Plantation Manor and Lisa.
