Funeral services for Jake Wollerson, Jr., 71, of Winnsboro, will be held 1 pm Wednesday, March 5, 2025, in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 – 7 pm Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at the funeral home.

Jake was born February 18, 1954, in Winnsboro to the union of the late Jake Wollerson, Sr. and the late Irene Cruse Wollerson, and passed from this life on March 2, 2025, at Legacy Nursing Center in Winnsboro.

Jake is preceded in death by his parents, and a grandson, Christopher Mock, Jr.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sister: Barbara Yocum of Winnsboro; four daughters: Brandy Mock of Gilbert, Rebecca McCullough of Wisner, Bailey Wollerson of Gilbert and Rachel Lindsey of Gilbert; seven grandchildren: Dee Dee Nielsen, J. J. Nielsen and wife Alaini, B. J. Holley, Ashlyn Martin, Colton Lindsey, Bailey Lindsey, and Blake Lindsey; eight great grandchildren: Brentley, Gage, Weston, Ry-Ann, Raiden, Ryder, David Michael and Briella; nephew Christopher Yocum and wife Dani; a host of other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Franklin, B. J. Holley, Colton Lindsey, J. J. Nielsen, Tyler Nielsen, and Nick Putman.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Don "J. D." Alford and Jimmy "Zero" Norris.
