Graveside services for Mr. Jerrell Dean Brady, 87, of Baskin, LA will be 10 AM Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Gwin Cemetery Mangham, LA   with Rev. Brian Rogers officiating under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA

Mr. Jerrell a member of Baskin Baptist Church was born February 17, 1939, near Baskin, LA to the union of the late Clyde R. Brady and the late Katie C. Walters Brady, and passed away August 15, 2026, in Wisner, LA. He was a retired millwright from General Motors, and he raised cattle, was a hard worker and loved his family, and he was a funny guy always laughing and joking, in earlier years he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Terrell Brady, Floyd Brady and Buford Brady, one sister, Terry Brady, and a grandson Adam Volentine.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 66 years Bonnie Evans Brady; daughter, DeShong Fleming, son, Barron Brady and daughter Dawn Volentine and (Randy); grandson Brandon Fleming, granddaughter, Maranda Waggoner and (Tristen), grandson Lee Volentine and (Amie); great grands Kalynn, Kinsley, Kieran, Mahlyn, Maddie, Aidan, Royce, Kally, and Riley.
