Memorial services for Mrs. Julie Piercy Nunnery, 67, of Swampers, LA will be 10 AM Friday, April 25, 2025, in Dennard Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Paul Perry and Rev. Clyde Piercy officiating all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.

Mrs. Julie attended New Hope Baptist Church and worked at Walmart for 20 years and loved her night crew. She was born in Delhi, LA on March 24, 1958, to the late Virgil Leroy Piercy and the late Mary Jinks Piercy, and passed away April 21, 2025, in Winnsboro, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Dorothy Marie Massey.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Chad Nunnery and wife Dona of Laural, MS, Adam Nunnery and wife Shelly of Swampers, LA; grandchildren, Caleb Nunnery and his wife Haley, Cole Nunnery, Connor Nunnery, Carley Nunnery, Mikey Nunnery and Leighann Nunnery; three brothers, Clyde Piercy and wife Joyce of Delhi, LA, Leroy Piercy and wife Deleree of Rayville, LA, and Jimmy Piercy and wife Genecie of Bastrop, LA; one sister Mary Helen Eagles of Swampers, LA; along with several nieces and nephews.
