Funeral Services for LaJuana Sproles Elliott 72, of Winnsboro, LA, will be October 24,2026 at 11AM, in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home, visitation will be from 10AM until the time of service on Saturday. Rev. Ron Charrier will be officiating. Burial will follow at Crowville Masonic Cemetery in Crowville, LA, all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home, Winnsboro, LA.

LaJuana was born March 18,1954, to the late Virgil Sproles and the late Pauline Bozeman, in Natchez, MS, and passed away Sunday, October 18,2026, at home, surrounded by her loved ones.

LaJuana loved to write, especially poetry. Over the years, she has written poetry for all her grandchildren, even later writing a poem for Robert. She loved writing so much, she was nationally registered in Denver, Colorado. She was a person who loved and loved big. She loved being a grandmother and later becoming a great grandmother. LaJuana was a member of Bethany Worship Center.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Glynn Sproles, and one granddaughter, Rebeka Nitz.

Those left to cherish her memories include, her husband of 49 years and lifelong love, Robert Elliott, two daughters, Tina Peters (Eric) and Dawn Elliott (Brad Wiggins), one sister, Diane McMillian, six grandchildren, Abigial Edwards, Emilee Williamson, Dalton Williamson, Bathany Peters and Bailey Peters, seven greatgrandchildren, Weston Stelly, Rylee Williamson, Carson Williamson, Ashton Williamson, Esther Williamson, Avery Williamson, Elisha Williamson, a very dear best friend, Tammy Dennis, as well as many other nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Plas Bearden, Ricky Duff, Robert Elliott, Robert Jarvis, Eric Peters, Bradley Wiggins. Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Fontenot, Colby Stelly, and Emilee Williamson.
