Funeral services for Larry Sanford, 65 of Rayville, LA will be 11 AM Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro with Rev. Troy J. Dennard officiating with interment to follow in McKnight Cemetery Holly Ridge, LA, visitation will be 10 AM Saturday until services time.
Larry was a farmer and he worked hard, and he played hard and was an all-around cut up, he was a fisherman, father, grandfather, uncle, and a friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie Jean and Thurman Sanford, a sister Sharon Nobles, brother Ronnie Sanford, good friend Calvin McClain, and a great grandson Tommy Joe Easterling.
He is survived by his daughter Shanda Easterling and her husband Toby of St. Joseph, LA, mother of his daughter and love of his life, Lynn Sanford of West Monroe, LA; sister-in-law, Angie Sanford of Rayville, LA; brother-in-law, Mike Nobles of Rayville, LA; grandchildren, Nathan Easterling and Kateline, Tyler Easterling and Ava, Amber Ferrington and her husband Josh, and Montana Willhite; great grandchildren, Amelia, Kearsyn, Nash, Colton, K.J. and Robbie.
Pallbearers will be Doug Easterling, Nate Easterling, Tyler Easterling, Buddy Hagood, Josh Ferrington, and Gene Seneff.
