Graveside services for Mark Williamson, 54, of Newellton, LA will be 10 AM Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Lone Cedar Cemetery Winnsboro, LA with Bro. Lavelle Williamson and Bro. Jamie Slade officiating, visitation is 5-8 PM Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.

Mark a former oilfield man was an avid hunter, fisherman and joke teller, and he was overseer of Briarfield Hunting club.

He is preceded in death by his father Jim Williamson, and a brother Jimmy Ray Williamson.

He is survived by his wife Pat Williamson of Newellton, LA; stepson Jeremy Spillers of Crowville, LA; mother, Polly Bradley Williamson of Baskin, LA; seven brothers, Sidney Williamson, Lavelle Williamson, Ralph Williamson, Bull Williamson, Gary Williamson, David Williamson, and Paul Williamson; one sister, Marsha Taylor, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Chad Hale, David Merriett, Adam Williamson, Daniel Williamson, Joey Williamson, and Mark Williamson.

Honorary Pallbearers are Sidney, Lavell, Ralph, Bull, Gary, David, Paul Williamson, and special sister Marsha Taylor.
