Funeral services for Maurine Wallace Sims, 90, of Warsaw, will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Warsaw Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Sykes officiating. Interment will follow in Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Mrs. Sims was born August 31, 1932 in Delhi to the late B. W. Wallace and the late Lillie Holloway Wallace and passed peacefully from this life at her residence.

Mrs. Sims is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Lee Sims; and one great grandson, Dakota Ogden.

Survivors left to cherish her memory include her two daughters: Debbie Sims and Karen Emfinger and husband Mike; two grandchildren: Robbie Ogden and Melanie Montoya and husband Alex; five great grandchildren: Cristan Dingler, Charles Reed, Eryn Jones, Chloe Ogden and Serria Hendry; eight great-great grandchildren; one sister, Audrey Faulk; a host of other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Randall Crawford, Steven Halterman, Billy Hebert, Jon-Wyatt Hebert, Jake Ogden and Jeremy Purvis.

Honorary pallbearers will be Hugh Andrews, Sharon Chapman, and Gilbert Tonnang.
