Private family services for Nora Muse Hawk, 76, of Newellton will be held at a later date.

Nora was born January 25, 1949, to the late Horace Muse and the late Vera Rulyn King Muse and passed from this life on November 17, 2025, with her family by her side.

Nora was a member of Flowers Landing Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and one sister Frances Davis.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of almost 57 years Gene Hawk of Newellton; one son, Bradford Hawk of Newellton; four siblings: Jeanette Colvin of Newellton; Buddy Muse of Oklahoma; Joyce Miller of Winnsboro; and Chris Muse of Houston, TX; a host of other relatives and friends.
