Ricky Lane Brown, 69, of Crowville, LA, passed away July 4, 2025, at his residence.

Ricky was bon on August 27, 1955, in Winnsboro, LA, to the union of the late Pearl and Pearl Brown.

Ricky was a Navy veteran, and loved participating in Civil War reenactments, hunting and fishing. He was a member of Crocket Point Baptist Church.

Ricky is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Curtis Brown, George Brown, Wayne Brown, and John Allen Brown, his nephew, Micheal Spot Weems and brother-in-law Lawerence Harrington.

He is survived by his two sisters, Linda Antley and Nell Harrington, great niece, Mikala Givens, and her husband Slim, as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
