Funeral services for Ricky Fife, 70, of Rayville, will be 2 pm Saturday, April 25, 2026, in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home with Rev. Dustin Ford officiating.  Interment will follow in Reagan Cemetery, Baskin.  Visitation will be 5 – 7 pm Friday, April 24, 2026, also at the funeral home.

Ricky was born June 2, 1955, in New Orleans to the union of the late Frelson Odeal Fife and the late Mary Christine Sumerall Fife and passed from this life on April 22, 2026, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe.

Ricky retired from Performance Contractors, Inc. and Double J Trucking.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters: Kathy Jean and her husband Sam, and Peanut and her husband Walter Jay.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Beverly Mizell and husband Brian, and Junior Guimbellot; six grandchildren: Savannah Rayne (Brent), Mason (Seana), Adreanna, Adalida, Keith (Josie), and Holly; six great grandchildren: Colt, Nate, Asher, Grace, Raiden, and S. K.; special niece, Patty; three brothers: Bobby Fife and wife Cathy, Bo Fife and Kevin Fife; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jeffery Fife, Robby Fife, Brayden Leach, Trey Leach, Bubba Rogers, and Ricky Turbeville.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Collinson, John Daniels, Mark Daniels, Homer Pritchard, Kirk Rogers, Paul Rogers, Stick Williams, and the drivers of Double J Trucking.
