Funeral services for Rose Mary Kimball Denmon, 74, of Gilbert will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Kendricks Ferry Pentecostal Church, with Rev. Danny Davis and Rev. Bruce Lofton officiating; with interment following in Oakley Cemetery; visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the church; all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home - Winnsboro.
Rose Mary was born November 10, 1948, in Wisner to the union of the late Lavance Kimball and the late Janie Parker Kimball; she went to her heavenly reward at her residence September 3, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
Rose Mary was a member of Kendricks Ferry Pentecostal Church, a beloved prayer warrior, who was the matriarch of her family whom she loved without measure; she retired from Southern Oaks Nursing Home as a nurse's aide, and then continued medical care as a private sitter.
Rose Mary is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Roy Thomas Denmon; and a great grandson Logan Dewayne Temple.
Rose Mary is survived by her son Roy Douglas Denmon and wife Toni; daughter Marilyn "Sissy" Smith and husband Jerry Smith; grandchildren: Ricky Gene Denmon, Justin Thomas Smith, Eric Wayne Smith, Jerry Wayne Smith, Jeremy Smith, and Jonathon Smith; great-grandchildren: Kolby Denmon, Kason Smith, Trinity Harvey, Jerry Smith and Frank Smith; sisters: Neva Lee Wilks and Patricia Floyd; brother: Emmett Benjamin (Ben) Kimball; a host of nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
Pallbearers are Kevin Currington, James McCall, Shelby McKenzie, Eric Smith, Jerry Smith, and Clyde Temple.
The honorary pallbearer is William Denmon.
