Funeral services for Sarah Emma Erskin, 103, of Winnsboro, will be conducted at Lone Cedar Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 13, 2022, with Rev. Johnny Magnuson officiating; visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service; internment will be held in Lone Cedar Cemetery following the service, all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home - Winnsboro.Sarah, a homemaker, was a member of Lone Cedar Baptist Church, and a resident of Legacy Nursing and Rehab, formerly Charlyn Nursing Home.Sarah was born September 7, 1918, in Winnsboro, LA, to the union of the late Troy Erskin and the late Carrie Elizabeth Meisner Erskin; she passed from this life May 10, 2022, at her residence in Legacy Nursing and Rehab.Sarah is preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters: Jessie Mae Cruse and Evie Equilla Johns.
