Memorial services for John T. "Tim" Temple, 71, of Winnsboro, LA, will be held at a later date. Tim was born April 30,1953 in Leonardtown, Maryland and was a self-employed carpenter and painter. He passed away June 28, 2024, at his residence in Winnsboro, LA. Tim was a member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses Winnsboro, LA
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ashley Temple Irving, his parents, Bill and Tiny Temple, and nephew Lance Ward.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly Temple of Winnsboro, LA; a son Matt Parker and wife, Amanda of Winnsboro, LA; two granddaughters: Finley Parker, and Raegan Parker; special daughter, Tammy Calhoun Thomas and husband Jason of Farmerville, LA; a brother Dale Temple and wife Terry of Monroe, LA; two sisters, Judy Ward and husband Mac of Ruston, LA, Juanita Owens and husband Sam of Farmerville, LA; brother in law, Mike Wallace and wife Beverly of Winnsboro, LA; son in law, Kenan Irving and wife Charise of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by: seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren; nephews, Aub Ward and wife Sherry of Ruston, LA, and Robbie Temple of AR; niece, Abigail Williams and husband Matt of Lake Oswego, OR.
