Funeral services for Mr. Victor Reagan of Winnsboro will be held 2 pm Thursday, March 27th, 2025, in the sanctuary of Winnsboro United Pentecostal Church. Services will be under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home. Pastor Mark Powell and Bro. Melvin Reagan will be officiating the service with interment to follow at Reagan Cemetery in Baskin, Louisiana. Visitation will be held in the sanctuary of WUPC on Thursday the 27th, beginning at 12 noon until 2 pm with services to immediately follow.
Mr. Reagan was born May 21, 1943, in Fresno, California and passed from this life, March 20, 2025, at Saint Francis Hospital in Monroe, Louisiana at the age of 81.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Z. Marie Reagan.
Those left to cherish his memory include two sons, Melvin Reagan and wife Tanya, and Tony Reagan: two daughters, Pamela Traweek and friend Neal Vines, and Kristy Donnell and husband Dewey; Grandchildren: Ashley Alford, Sarah Lively, Abigayle Cross, Kincaid Ryan, Delena Ruiz, Carson McManus, Kaylee Stewart, Landon Lutrick, William Ashlock, Lacey Bearclaw, and Dakota Allen; Great Grandchildren: Tucker, Kingston, Lanie, Addison, Eden, Lily Kate, Akepa, Kyler, Charlotte, Jack, Hazel. With a host of family and friends and a multitude of Brothers and Sisters in Jesus Christ.
Pallbearers are Carson McManus, Landon Lutrick, Neal Vines, Dakota Allen, Ryan Alford and Garan Lively.
Mr. Reagan was a welder by trade, a Christian by choice and grace, and a Minister by the call of God at the early age of 16. He was a member of United Pentecostal Church International for 40 plus years.
He pastored Kilbourne United Pentecostal Church; He founded and pastored Stonewall United Pentecostal Church and preached the love and the word of God at many revivals and church services.
His devotion to God and his peaceful spirit, endeared him to everyone he met.
"Truly he left this world a better place than he found it."
His last few years were spent at the Legacy Nursing Home in Winnsboro. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation for showing love and care to Mr. Reagan.
