Funeral services for William W. "Bill" Lilly, 77, of Monroe formerly of Winnsboro will be 2 PM Sunday, January 7, 2024, in the chapel of Dennard First National Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM Saturday, January 6, 2024.
Bill was born October 22, 1946, in Winnsboro to the union of the late William Alvin Lilly and the late Eunice Mae Chipmon Lilly and passed from this life on January 3, 2024, at Glenwood Medical Center in West Monroe.
Bill was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. He loved horses and dogs; he was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife and mother of his children, Frances Lilly; second wife Elaine Lilly; and one brother Emerl Lilly.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Bill Lilly and wife Marandi of Winnsboro; his daughter Wanda Lilly of Winnsboro; one brother Nathan Lilly; two sisters: Sandra Hogue and husband John, and Shirley Jaubert and husband Billy; four grandchildren: Chelsea Ulmer and husband Chris, Alan Lilly and wife Sharece, Jonas Lilly, and Tyler Carroll; two great grandchildren: Jayden Ulmer and Korbin Ulmer; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be James Anderson, Trevor Crawford, William Cole Hicks, Mark Ingram, Perry McGraw, and Shane Parks.

Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Franklin and Sambo Jones.
