Funeral services for Willie Earl Berry, 66, of Wisner, LA will be 10 AM Thursday, June 8, 2023, at South Central Baptist Church Wisner, with Rev. Larry Eubanks officiating, interment to follow in Church Cemetery, visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at the church, all under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.Mr. Willie a member of South-Central Baptist Church passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023, at his residence in Wisner. He was a member of T. B. Gilbert Lodge #423 Wisner, was a farmer, a retired Electrical Specialist from LA DOTD after 34 years, also worked at Franklin Parish Detention Center for around 6 years. Willie was also a charter member of District 2 Fire Department and transported vehicles for White Ford, all while mowing yards. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Garnier Berry and Lillie Edna Perkins Berry.He is survived by his wife Cornelia Dale Berry; son, Samuel Lee Berry and his wife Brittany; daughter Kristen Lynne Berry and Daniel Talbert all of Wisner, LA; granddaughter Aria McDaniel and two grandsons, Grayson Berry and Kaisen Talbert; sister-in-law Georgia Anne Mullins Pendleton of LaPlace; and brother-in-law, Charles Edward Mullins of Sioux City, IA; aunt, Grace Odess Ott of Denham Springs, and special uncle, Dennis Berry of Wisner.
